Today’s version of The Divine Hours is short and sweet. No meditations worked in. I wanted you to see that it only takes 3 and a half minutes for this form of prayer-at-intervals-through the day. You can, of course, begin with a minute or two of silent meditation if you like. By now, you may know how to do a simple body scan or a breath meditation in which you focus on the breath as and your thoughts wander or scatter, simply return focus to the breath. Again, thanks to the Rev. Julia Huttar Bailey, pastor at Trinity in the Woods, Episcopal Church in Farmington Hills Michigan, the other voice on the podcast.

[Keep in mind that depending on when you visit this site, the prayer will be likely be different than the recording.]
