We'll join with members of Saint Clare's and TBE to do some fall cleanup work on the grounds around our church/synagogue. We'll especially be tending to our Blue Ocean Garden out front, and assisting with weeding, raking, and mulching where needed. Lunch will be provided for those who stay. Every year around Thanksgiving we help TBE and St. Clare host the rotating shelter, when faith communities around Ann Arbor take turns hosting men who experience homelessness throughout the cold months. St. Clare's invited us to join them for the morning of Christmas Eve, preparing and serving brunch to people staying at the Delonis Center in Ann Arbor. You'll be able to sign up to decorate, cook or drop off a dessert--signup available soon. Lunch will be served at noon.
