DESCRIPTION:Longtime friend of Blue Ocean and arguably the nation’s leading Christian ethicist\, Dr. Gushee will join us to preach on Christian support for democracy. Rev. Dr. David P. Gushee (PhD\, Union Theological Seminary\, New York) is Distinguished University Professor of Christian Ethics at Mercer University and Chair of Christian Social Ethics at Vrije Universiteit (“Free University”) Amsterdam\, and Senior Research Fellow\, International Baptist Theological Study Center. \nWe hold in-person/Zoom hybrid services every Sunday at 11am ET.
