SUMMARY:Children's/Youth Ministry Volunteer Training
DESCRIPTION:Children’s and Youth Ministry volunteers will have our annual safety training meeting in the Lower Level immediately following the service. We’ll go over our safety procedures\, fill out background check documents\, and have a chance to connect with fellow volunteers. Pizza will be served. The meeting should last for about 60-90 minutes. We’ll have a backup meeting in September for those who are unable to attend. Attendance at one of the two meetings is mandatory for those volunteering with children and youth. If you are unable to attend either\, please talk to Molly or Daniel to make alternate arrangements.

SUMMARY:Training for Helping with TBE High Holy Days Security
DESCRIPTION:If you’re signed up to help with security for Temple Beth Emeth’s High Holy Days in October and did not take the training last year\, there will be a Zoom session at 7pm on Sept. 24. The training will be recorded\, so if you’d like to access it later\, let Emily know. The training will address the Power of Hello along with some information on the general issues occurring within Ann Arbor surrounding antisemitism. The Zoom link can be found here.
