SUMMARY:Fundraiser for Back Door Food Pantry: Wine Tasting Event at St. Clare's Episcopal
DESCRIPTION:Since 2004\, St. Clare’s Episcopal has held an annual Wine fundraiser in support of its Social Outreach efforts. This sale generates the bulk of the funds we provide to support a medical clinic and school in Mirebalais\, Haiti\, as well as a significant donation to the Back Door Food Pantry\, which is facing severe funding issues at this time. The event kicks off with a Wine and Appetizer tasting when five wine distributors will showcase a dozen wines apiece in the Social Hall\, 2-5pm on Saturday\, July 29. Tasting Tickets are $40/person\, with half going to the Outreach program. \nThe tasting participants’ ratings of these wines will determine the wines that will be available for the St. Clare’s Annual Wine Auction in September where an additional\n$60 of each wine’s case price will also benefit the Outreach program. Use the button below to order your tickets or go to the church website saintclareschurch.org\, under EVENTS & NEWS to see the announcement and access ticket sales.
