In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus tells us not to judge one another and not to get caught up worrying about other people’s issues when we have plenty of the things within ourselves we should be focused on. This simple command is the key to building and sustaining genuine community. Conflict is inevitable. Disagreements will arise. But when handled with grace and understanding, they can become an invitation into deeper and more genuine community.
