On Mondays we offer a different format for the daily prayer meditation podcast: four 1–3-minute meditations that you can learn to do on your own to center yourself throughout the day, as need and inclination arises.

  • A word meditation combining the words of Jesus (Peace, be still) and the words of Julian of Norwich (All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well)
