The highest skies are in love with You.
The great Earth opens its palms in peace.
Our truest being is anchored in Your [goodness].
You are God: Compassionate being of three.
Everything praises You, sound its true note.
All the Enlightened chant praises.
Every being takes its refuge in You
And the light of Your Holy Compassion frees us all.
Everything looks to you, without thinking.
Shower us with Your Healing Rain!
Help us to overcome, give life to what has withered,
And water the roots of kindness in us.

Breath Meditation Practice
Take some deep breaths: In through the nose, out through the mouth, three at least or more. As your mind wanders, return your focus to the breath.
Saturday Reading
Psalm 6:1–7
Shout for joy to God, all the earth!
Sing the glory of God’s name;
make their praise glorious.
Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds!
So great is your power
that your enemies cringe before you.
All the earth bows down to you;
they sing praise to you,
they sing the praises of your name.”
Come and see what God has done,
God’s awesome deeds for humankind!
God turned the sea into dry land,
they passed through the waters on foot—
come, let us rejoice in the Lord.
God rules forever by their power,
their eyes watch the nations—
let not the rebellious rise up against the Lord.
Serenity Prayer
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.
Prayer for Loved Ones
Take a minute (more if you like) to simply name your loved ones. Practice not over-thinking. Just naming. Focus on your feeling of love for each one.
Closing: Breath Prayer
On the in breath: Shower us with. On the out breath: your healing rain. If you like, pick another line to return to through the day.
